SHIPPING POLICY
If your item is in stock you can expect it to leave the studio within 1-2 business days, Australia post will do the rest, express postage is usually 1-4 business days depending on distance.
If you have purchased a custom order you can expect it to leave within 3-4 business days.
If you require your order ASAP please let me know and I will do my best to get it sent to you by the needed date
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As flowers are a natural product I therefore do not offer or provide returns or exchanges on these items. In purchasing these items you accepted that you understood that these items will perish over time, how long they last and how well they preserve is largely dependent on how they are cared for and what elements they are exposed to.
I will not accept the return or exchange of any flowers due to any variation between the flowers you receive and reference images on this website.
Flowers are a natural product and variations are expected, these items are also individually made as such no item will be identical to the image.
If you receive your item and it has been badly damaged or there is a fault in the making i please contact me and we can discuss a happy solution!
